LTL / FTL Traffic Coordinator
Position Description
This position ensures operational excellence by supporting our customers.
The main focus of this position is to complete essential functions to ensure LTL (less-than- truckload) and FTL (full truck loads) shipments are completed successfully. This role also assists the sales team with managing carrier information and ensuring the accuracy of load information within our systems.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this position include:
- Determine rates and discounts for shipments
- Complete classifications of products
- Prepare shipments documents
- Dispatch loads
- Track and trace shipments
- Schedule appointments
- Customer and carrier follow-up
- Answer incoming calls
- Audit load information
- Complete customer requests

Preferred Qualifications
The preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Previous experience in Logistics/Transportation
- B.S. Degree or demonstrated work experience equivalent (2-5 years).
